1. Who processes your data

The website reedakilla.com is operated by:

UAB “Flare Studios”
Company code: 306199697
Address: V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania
Email: rma@reedakilla.com
Phone: +370 665 88863

Referred to below as “we”. For anything relating to personal data, write to rma@reedakilla.com.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — under Article 37 GDPR our activity does not require one.

2. What we collect

2.1. Enquiries through the contact form

When you submit the form on this site, we receive:

Data Required
Name Yes
Email address Yes
Phone number No
Company or agency No
Project type, scope, timeline, budget range No
Message No

Why: so we can reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.2. Contact through other channels

If you write by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we process whatever information you choose to send. The legal basis is the same — responding to your enquiry.

2.3. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Data collected: approximate location, browser and device, pages viewed, time on site, and where you arrived from.

This data is only collected with your consent, given through the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics are collected.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings at the bottom of the site.

2.4. Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records IP addresses and access times. This is needed for security and troubleshooting.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Filmed material

This section is for people who appear in footage we shoot.

What we process: video and audio recordings that may contain identifiable people — actors, models, event participants, client staff.

How it works: we film under a contract with a commissioning party — a company, advertising agency or production company. Selecting participants, informing them, and obtaining their consent for participation and for use of the material is the responsibility of the commissioning party, because they decide how the material will be used. We process the material only as far as needed to deliver the agreed service.

Legal basis: performance of a contract with the commissioning party (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in carrying out our creative and commercial activity (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Portfolio: we show examples of our work on this site and on social media. We publish only material we filmed ourselves; where other agencies contributed to a project, we credit them. Material is published in agreement with the commissioning party.

If you do not want your image shown: write to rma@reedakilla.com. We will remove the material from our own website and social channels. Please note we cannot remove material from the commissioning party’s channels — you would need to contact them directly.

4. How long we keep it

Data Retention period
Enquiries that did not lead to a contract 1 year from last correspondence
Client correspondence Duration of the contract plus 1 year
Contracts, invoices, accounting records 10 years (Lithuanian Law on Documents and Archives; Law on Tax Administration)
Raw footage 1 year after project completion, unless otherwise agreed with the client
Finished work in the portfolio For as long as we display it on our site
Google Analytics data 14 months

Once the period ends, the data is deleted or destroyed.

5. Who we share data with
